Chris Pegg
Chris Pegg has been a Creative Director and Independent Film & Television Producer for over 20 years. He broke into the industry working on feature films before shifting his focus to television as a Development Producer for Mark Burnett Productions, CBS and MTV. During his time at A&E's Biography Channel, Chris produced bios on notable people such as President Barack Obama, George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg, Jodie Foster, and Kevin Costner. Before entering the film and television industry, Chris taught and directed for The Second City in Chicago and NYC. He received his M.A. in Theatre from Villanova University. During his 11 years at SAP, he produced a variety of content for all levels and departments including Fortune 500 accounts, sales & C-suite executives.

Ralph Salamone has over a decade of experience as a Creative Director specializing in film, photography and graphic design. His passion for capturing the moment began as a child while making home videos of his family vacations. Now, he combines his passion for the automotive space and videography while working with clients like BMW, Volkswagen and McLaren. Ralph’s work has been featured on A&E’s The History Channel and used in marketing materials for Hot Wheels, Inc. Ralph currently works at a Fortune 500 company, producing content for major accounts, C-suite executives, and internal and external campaigns. Ralph graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design & film.
